El Cúmulo globular M5 (también conocido como NGC 5904), es un cúmulo globular que se encuentra en la constelación de Serpens.
La estrella brillante que se observa abajo del cúmulo y a la derecha, es 5 Serpens o denominada también como STRUVE 1930, que es en realidad una estrella doble.

The bright star seen below of the cluster and to the right, is 5 Serpens or also known as Struve 1930, which is actually a double star.
